WELL, I HAVE BEEN RUNNING NOW FOR 3 DAYS AND EVERY DAY IT SEEMS LIKE IT IS GETTING BETTER. TODAY, I RAN 1 MILE IN 16 MINUTES AND NINE SECONDS. BETTER THAN MONDAY AT 16 MINUTES AND 22 SECONDS. SOON I WILL GET TO MY GOAL OF 1 MILE IN 15 MINUTES, THEN I WILL MOVE UP TO TWO MILES.. I AM VERY EXCITED TO START GETTING BACK INTO SHAPE. I AM GETTING BETTER AT MY RUNNING EVERYDAY THAT DO IT. I JUST HOPE I CAN KEEP UP THE MOMENTUM TO KEEP DOING IT EVERYDAY! I AM BOUND AND DETERMINED TO KEEP DOING IT!
