Yes, I started running/jogging/walking or what ever you want to call it on my treadmill. I am going to try to do this every day. My goal for today was 1 mile in 15 minutes, lets just say... I did not do it. But I am not giving up. I will push myself even more tomorrow. I love the way you feel after you work out, but I hate sweating. Yes, I worked out so hard that I am out of breath and I am sweaty... I need to take a shower, so Chow... This mama is on a roll!
But look I did 1 mile in 16 minutes and 22 seconds... I am so proud of myself :) Now I just have to keep the momentum up!
